Chasing and repoussé are classical metalworking techniques to create 3-D reliefs on metal surfaces. Instruction covers basic skills in using punches and hammers to create figurative, representational and ornamental designs on metal. The workshop includes tool making, the creation of flat linear and dimensional designs through the use of punches. Creativity and original designs are encouraged. 24 hours.
