Building on the skills acquired in Repair 1, you will learn a number of more advanced repairs. After watching over your instructor?s shoulder, you will add settings; prong repair; rebuild tips; install a spring insert; assemble a 14k gold bezel and bail and set it with an oval cabachon; replace a half shank; assemble and set tennis bracelets; clean up castings; and more, primarily in gold and silver. Includes hands-on instruction with a laser welder. Prerequisite: Repair 1 and Setting 2 or experience. 24 hours
