Through images, presentations of historical context and discussions of techniques, you will learn what makes these pieces so special and why they continue to inspire artists today. The list of work comes from Ireland, Meiji Japan, Ancient Egypt, Ivory Coast, Native America, Mughul India, as well as Art Nouveau from Renee Lalique and the Arts & Crafts, Art Deco and Modernism movements. 8 hours
