Molds are used to capture the shape of jewelry items for manufacture and reproduction. In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make molds of jewelry so that countless replicas can be made. The instructor shows you how to plan, pack, vulcanize, and cut at least six different molds, each one more complex than the previous. Learn to make powder, key, plug,  and cold molds, among others. Participants are encouraged to bring their own jewelry and make molds to take home. 21 hours
